  1. When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Hyderabad.  We process and ship orders within 24 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at info@estele.co or call us at +91 9121022888. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.

  1. Through what carrier do you ship?

We use Delhivery for shipping .You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently process orders only in INDIA.

 Returns and Exchange

  1. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items on SALES cannot be returned. Please keep the product undamaged, complete packaging along with invoice. Allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund.

  1. Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?
