RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 7 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (including the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: Estele Accesories Pvt. Ltd.

- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at email@example.com images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
- Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday).
- A pickup will be done once. Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again
Currently, we provide a 6 month warranty on personalized name products. If your product fades within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it for you free of charge. You can email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at 9121022888
You can exchange an item purchased on email@example.com, with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
